- Sketch is sent once for approval before I finish the commission entirely. The sketches may be watermarked for my protection.
- I take payment AFTER completing the artwork.
- All payments are done through Paypal Invoice in USD.
- By completing payment on the invoice, you authorize the end result as being finished, approved and nonrefundable.
- If the result is unsatisfactory, the customer is to let me know before payment is complete- anything after payment on the invoice is non negotiable.
- I will not alter the image after the invoice is paid, and by paying the invoice you agree the image is satisfactory.
- I reserve the right to refuse and cancel a commission for any reason.
- More than one character in a commission to a fixed price will double that price.
CLIENT GUIDELINES
- Because I take payment after completion and this is slot based, I have the right to cancel commissions if communication / getting in contact is too difficult (i.e. unanswered emails, long response times, failure to pay, etc). If this happens, I have the right to scrap / alter / resell my work. You will be given a week's notice to respond before I cancel.
- You, as the client, can cancel a commission at any time before the image is completed, but this request must be explicit! By choosing to cancel your commission you give me the rights to alter your image for resale. You cannot keep any part of the art produced. If you wish to keep the artwork, you will be charged for it, or I'm reselling it.- I can choose to not take any future commissions from you if you dodge contact with me or there is a failure to pay upon being presented the final image. I will not penalize anybody who is forthcoming about canceling their commission before their image is completed.ART GUIDELINES
- I do not take written descriptions of characters, please provide a visual reference!
- I send a sketch for approval before moving on with the commission. - Once approved, any changes in the final product will be subject to fees. Small changes are free.
- I will not alter the image after the invoice is paid.
- I may use photo references for certain commissions.
USAGE RULES
- Any personal work commissioned from me cannot be used commercially (sold as merchandise, prints, etc) by the client, and as the artist I will also not use your commission piece commercially.

- I reserve the right to display any commissioned pieces as examples of my work for future clients.

FAQ

Did my commission get accepted?
I will email those who's commissions got accepted, as well as put them down in my work queue (trello).
What will raise the price of my commission/ increase time?
Wings, excessive intricate jewelry, excessive amounts of hair (Like, touching the ground), full body armor, most props (like swords). Wings are a big one, they take the longest amount of time and are guaranteed to increase the price. If asked, I will let you know what about your character will result in an upcharge.
I'd like something fullbody but my budget maxes out at $___?
If the commission isn't totally completed by that time, I can stop when I reach your limit! I'll make sure it doesn't look awkward either! (:
What types of characters can you draw?
Humans, Humanoids, Anthro/Furry, Four-legged animals, monsters, some mechas.
Here are just some examples of the variety! Please don't be offended if I turn down your character though. If for some reason I think I can't do it, I will be honest with you! If you'd like higher resolution examples, please ask me.
